Add New DataForm.NET suite

Adding new DataForm.NET suite is very easy. First open DataForm.NET Manager, then follow seven numbers with green circle on the page. To create DataForm.NET suite, you need to set up a connection to a database. If there is not database connection, you will be redirected to the database configuration page automatically.

Here are the seven steps:

Click "Add" link.
Select a database connection.
Select a table/view that DataForm.NEt suite will use.
Specify a DataForm ID. Every DataForm should have an unique ID in an application. A DataForm ID is created automatically.
Pick up fields that are going to be used from 3 tabs, DataForm, GridForm and Criteria. The key fields are always checked at the first time. If some fields are not going to be displayed in DataForm, check off "Visible" checkbox. To understand what columns in each tab mean, please refer to DataForm Overview , GridForm Overview and Criteria Overview for more information.
Clicking "Save All " button will save all settings of three tabs at a time. Or click "Save" button WITHIN each tab to save individual component settings.
Clicking "Preview All " button can see how three components work together. Or click "Preview" button to see how each individual component works.
After creating anyone compoonent of DataForm.NET, you can either modify exsiting fields(DataForm fields, GridForm fields or Criteria fields) or add extra field.
